LaDMA, MP donate to Muslim communities

The La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly (LaDMA) and MP Rita Naa Odoley Sowah presented food items last Friday.

They donated to two Muslim communities in the municipality. The recipients were the La Muslim Community and La Mother Mosque.

The donation included 85 bags of rice, 30 bags of sugar, and 18 boxes of cooking oil. It also included 15 boxes of tin tomatoes and 8 boxes of milk. These items will be distributed during the fasting period.

Husna Nii Ako Sowah presented the items on behalf of the MP. She explained that these items would help community members break their fast.

Nii Ashitey Ollenu, a Senior Social Development Officer at LaDMA, spoke about their commitment to assist the community.
