The Lands Commission's management recently held a strategic discussion. The goal was to improve operational efficiency nationwide.

A key focus was the proposed decentralisation of operations. This plan includes establishing district-level offices across the country.

Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, initiated this agenda. It aims to boost productivity in Ghana’s land administration system.

The Commission's management is committed to implementing the Minister’s directive. They stressed the need for collaboration among regional offices for success.

During the meeting, they welcomed Anthony Mallen Ntiador as the new Deputy Executive Secretary for Operations.

Mr. Ntiador thanked everyone for their warm welcome. He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the Commission’s vision.

He highlighted collaboration and innovation as essential for progress. This is especially important for streamlining land service operations nationwide.

The Lands Commission believes Mr. Ntiador's experience will aid in transforming land administration in Ghana.
