Let's give thanks to God for all things - Bawumia declares as he starts 'Thank You Tour' in Takoradi

Former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has started a Thank You Tour. He is the NPP Flagbearer for the 2024 Presidential Elections. The tour began in Takoradi, Western Region.

Dr. Bawumia urged party members to be grateful to God. He emphasized this message regardless of the 2024 election results.

He was joined by national party executives, including Chairman Stephen Ntim and General Secretary Justin Kodua Frempong. They met with regional executives and key stakeholders today.

Dr. Bawumia expressed gratitude to God first. He encouraged party members to trust in God's will.

"Everything is determined by God," he said. "You may want one thing, but God can say otherwise."

He added that no matter what happens in 2024, they must give thanks to God. "There is time for everything," he noted, urging unity among party members.

Dr. Bawumia highlighted the importance of staying united and learning from mistakes. He believes this will lead to success in the future.

"I am confident that if we unite, we will win in 2028," he stated. "United we stand, divided we fall."

General Secretary Justin Kodua Frempong discussed the Mike Oquaye Committee's report. He assured that the party is implementing its recommendations with all stakeholders involved.
