Let’s focus more on free and fair elections as we call for peace – Togbe Afede

Togbe Afede XIV, the Agbogbomefia of the Asogli State, has urged Ghanaians to prioritize free and fair elections over simply advocating for peace.

Speaking after meeting with the NDC legal team, he emphasized that the integrity and transparency of the electoral process are crucial for preventing violence and unrest.

Togbe Afede highlighted that a credible election is the foundation of a peaceful society and called on citizens to hold electoral bodies accountable, especially as the 2024 general elections approach.
