Let's thank God for all things - Bawumia declares as he starts 'Thank You Tour' in Takoradi

Former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has started a Thank You Tour. He is the NPP Flagbearer for the 2024 Presidential Elections. The tour began in Takoradi, Western Region.

Dr. Bawumia urged party members to thank God, no matter the election outcome. He was joined by national party executives, including Chairman Stephen Ntim and General Secretary Justin Kodua Frempong.

This morning, he met with regional party executives and key stakeholders. They included members of the regional campaign team.

Dr. Bawumia emphasized gratitude to God and unity among party members. "Everything is determined by God," he said. He reminded them that they must accept God's will.

He added, "Regardless of what happens in 2024, we must give thanks." He encouraged everyone to stay united and correct past mistakes for a better future in 2028.

"I am confident that if we unite, we will win in 2028," he stated. "United we stand, divided we fall."

General Secretary Justin Kodua Frempong discussed the Mike Oquaye Committee's report. He assured that the party is implementing its recommendations with all stakeholders involved.
