Mahama: My friend and co-conspirator Julius Debrah conceptualised Kwahu Business Forum

President John Dramani Mahama shared the story behind the Kwahu Business Forum. This platform aims to foster economic growth and support Ghanaian entrepreneurs.

At the 2025 edition of the forum on Saturday, April 19, he spoke about its creation. He credited his close associate, Julius Debrah, for coming up with the idea.

"While planning the trip, my friend Julius Debrah suggested we organize a forum," he said. "This would allow me to explain my economic policies to business people."

President Mahama noted that the idea was well-received by the business community. This led to the establishment of the Kwahu Business Forum.

The forum has become a key event for engaging stakeholders. It discusses policy interventions and explores strategies to enhance Ghana's business landscape.
