Mahama calls for national unity in building Ghana’s future

President John Dramani Mahama has called for unity among Ghanaians. He wants everyone to work together for a stronger nation.

On May 7, he delivered a national address marking his first 120 days in office. President Mahama thanked Ghanaians for trusting him with leadership. He promised to earn that trust through hard work and accountability.

"This journey requires the collective effort of all," he said. He expressed deep gratitude for the mandate given to him and his government. "Your trust is our most valued asset," he added.

He urged Ghanaians from all backgrounds to unite for a common goal. "I call upon every Ghanaian— in every city, town, and village— to join hands," he stated.

He emphasized the importance of working together with purpose and vision. Together, they can overcome challenges and build a brighter future for Ghana.
