The Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC), Police CID, National Investigations Bureau (NIB), and National Security Coordinator have been instructed to work with the minority. Their goal is to investigate and expose drug dealings.

The directive followed a press conference led by Rev. Ntim Fodjour. The minority in parliament raised concerns about drug-related issues.
The President stated, “Government takes all allegations seriously.” He emphasized the need for a thorough investigation.
He directed all relevant agencies to collaborate with the honorable member of parliament. They must provide necessary information to investigate these allegations.
The President vowed to combat drug trafficking in Ghana. He assured citizens that the government will not allow the country to become a transit point for drugs.
