Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has announced that President John Dramani Mahama has ordered the immediate reversal of all land allocations and sales belonging to the ministry.
This decision aims to protect state assets and prevent further encroachment.
In a Facebook post on March 5, Ablakwa specified that the directive targets lands near the Foreign Affairs Ministry at Airport Residential, previously allocated to seven entities under the past administration.
He praised Mahama for his decisive leadership in preserving public resources.
Ablakwa assured Ghanaians that under his tenure, no Foreign Ministry property—domestically or internationally—would be sold.
He reaffirmed his commitment to safeguarding state assets and preventing any future attempts to dispose of ministry-owned land.
