President John Dramani Mahama spoke on May 30 about rebuilding the nation. He emphasized the need for national unity, determination, and discipline.
He acknowledged that the task ahead is challenging. However, he believes that with commitment, sustainable development is possible.
During his “Thank You Tour” in the Bono Region, he addressed chiefs and residents at Sunyani Jubilee Park. He highlighted that the 2025 budget includes measures to restore macroeconomic stability. It also aims to support small businesses and create jobs.
“The work ahead is immense,” President Mahama said. “But with unity, determination, and discipline, we will rebuild our beloved country.”
He assured that the Bono Region would play a key role in his “Resetting” agenda. This agenda focuses on job creation, infrastructure investment, agricultural transformation, and rural development.
President Mahama urged Ghanaians to rise above partisanship. He called for a collective effort to build a better country for everyone.
He described his “Thank You Tour” as more than just appreciation. It symbolizes renewed commitment and confidence between him and the people.
“It reaffirms your trust in me,” he stated. “Together, we can build a nation worthy of our children.”
The President explained that Ghana's reset involves restoring dignity and expanding opportunities. He expressed happiness that this program has begun to take shape.
