President John Mahama has sworn in the fourth batch of ministers of state following their parliamentary approval under Article 78(1) of the 1992 Constitution.
The swearing-in ceremony at Jubilee House on February 7 confirmed key appointments, including Abdul-Rashid Hassan Pelpuo (Labour, Jobs, and Employment), Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed (Environment, Science, and Technology), Samuel Nartey George (Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovations), and Kofi Iddie Adams (Sports and Recreation).
Other notable appointments include Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (Foreign Affairs) and Felix Kwakye Ofosu (Government Communications).
Several regional ministers were also sworn in.
The newly inducted officials are expected to contribute their expertise toward national development and policy implementation.
