Legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has urged Ghanaians to manage their expectations and avoid premature celebrations regarding President Mahama’s leadership.
Speaking on TV3 on February 15, Kpebu compared the current optimism to the initial enthusiasm that surrounded President Akufo-Addo’s tenure in 2017.
He stressed the need for patience and accountability, warning against being swept up in political excitement.
“Let’s not start celebrating Mahama too early. Governance is about sustained progress and tangible results,” he noted.
While acknowledging the administration’s positive steps, he emphasized that real success is measured over time.
Kpebu urged citizens to remain vigilant and hold leaders accountable, stating, “We must demand results, not just promises.”
