Millions of lives destroyed—Ken Thompson calls out Akufo-Addo’s leadership

Former Dalex Finance CEO Ken Thompson has criticized former President Nana Akufo-Addo. He blames his administration for Ghana’s economic struggles.

Thompson spoke on Channel One TV’s Face to Face. He assessed the former president's leadership candidly.

“He was more interested in himself than anyone else,” Thompson said. He felt Akufo-Addo ignored the issues facing the people.

Thompson tried to warn former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta but was ignored. This led him to escalate the matter to Akufo-Addo directly.

“I told the President, ‘You are destroying the lives of millions of Ghanaians,’” he stated.

In his final verdict, Thompson did not hold back. “They ran the economy aground,” he declared.
