The Minority caucus in Parliament has criticized the Majority for failing to attend proceedings in sufficient numbers, leading to the suspension of business on March 7 due to a lack of quorum.
With fewer than the required 91 MPs present, First Deputy Speaker Bernard Ahiafor was forced to halt proceedings.
Reacting to the situation, Kwadaso MP, Professor Kingsley Nyarko, expressed disappointment, urging the NDC-led Majority to take parliamentary duties more seriously.
He described the situation as embarrassing, stressing that Ghanaians expect Parliament to address their concerns effectively.
