Muntaka Mubarak hosts outgoing U.S. Ambassador Virginia Palmer

On Thursday, May 15, 2025, the Minister for the Interior, Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak, met with U.S. Ambassador to Ghana, H.E. Virginia Palmer. This visit was part of Ambassador Palmer’s farewell engagements as she ends her tenure in Ghana.

The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation. Hon. Muntaka Mubarak praised Ambassador Palmer for her exemplary service. He noted the progress made in U.S.-Ghana relations during her leadership.
