He calls Doge "America's last chance," warning that the country could go bankrupt without it. Musk criticizes government spending, citing examples like the New York Metropolitan Opera's fire alarm costing $750,000 and a study on HIV in transgender monkeys funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. He promises transparency by posting Doge's actions online and featuring a leaderboard for "most insanely dumb spending." Musk argues that the current 400+ federal agencies should be reduced to just 99. His goal: "Making Government Fun Again!"
