Muslims applaud Mahama for declaring March 31, April 1 as holidays

The Federation of Muslim Councils (FMC) thanked President John Dramani Mahama. He declared Monday, March 31, and Tuesday, April 1, as public holidays for Eid-ul-Fitr.

These holidays will help Muslims in Ghana celebrate with family and friends. This promotes community and social cohesion.

Dr. Noble Ibrahim Adjin Lartey signed a statement for the FMC. He expressed gratitude for recognizing the significance of Eid-ul-Fitr.
