Muslims must uphold values of justice, equality, progress - Sheikh Abubakari

Muslims are encouraged to reflect on their roles in their communities. They should uphold values of justice, equality, and progress.

Sheikh Mutawakil Abubakari addressed the Muslim congregation in Adentan Municipality. This was after the Eid-ul-Fitr prayers last Monday. He emphasized that Islam does not allow Muslims to be mere spectators.

According to Sheikh Abubakari, Muslims must engage with society. They should work towards reforming and building their communities.

He spoke on the topic, “Harnessing Faith for Community Transformation: The Muslim Role in Nation-Building.”
