My eyes are not like they used to but I can now see – Kofi Adoma reveals

Kofi Adoma Nwanwani, the host and CEO of KOFI TV and Radio, has shared good news. He can now see better than before. His vision is not perfect, but he can recognize people in front of him.

Kofi expressed gratitude for his recovery. He thanked God for his progress and Ghanaians for their support.

In a video, Kofi said, “Today is just to say thank you.” He reflected on his past struggles. At one point, he thought he might die after an injury.

He recalled a tragic incident where someone was shot in Teshie Nungua and died. Kofi's injury was to his face. Scans showed there are still particles in his eye that he must live with.

Despite this, Kofi can now read messages by zooming in on small text. He feels grateful for how far he has come.

Kofi also thanked Ibrahim Mahama for his support during his recovery. He has known Ibrahim for some time and appreciates his generosity towards others.

Kofi noted that Ibrahim’s kindness reflects his true character. Although unsure about Ibrahim's future plans, Kofi would welcome a political career for him.

Ibrahim reached out to help Kofi throughout his recovery process.

Kofi Adoma's injury happened in December 2024 during the Kwafie Festival. This event marked the 25th anniversary of Dormaahene Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyeman Badu II.

During traditional musketry firing, one shot hit Kofi in the face, damaging one eye severely and requiring surgery.
