NAPO says he’s on the radar of the NIB, called in for questioning

Matthew Opoku Prempeh Under Investigation by National Intelligence Bureau

Matthew Opoku Prempeh has revealed he is under investigation.

He is a former minister in Ghana and has been questioned twice.

The National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) invited him regarding his time at the Ministry of Education.

On June 4, he spoke to journalists about this matter.

Prempeh stated, “I have been invited by the NIB on two different occasions.”

He mentioned that the inquiries relate to issues from his tenure as Education Minister.

Some of these issues are unclear to him, but records exist.

Recently, President John Mahama's administration has begun investigating Akufo-Addo appointees.
