NDC's Ade- Coker passes away

Comrade Joseph Kobina Ade Coker has passed away. He was the former Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Mr. Coker died this morning at the Bank Hospital in Accra.

His death has caused widespread sorrow. This is especially true within the NDC and the sporting community.

Ade Coker was a proud alumnus of Adisadel College in Cape Coast. He graduated in 1973 and remained active in his fraternity. His contributions to politics and football were well recognized.

He served as Chairman of Accra Great Olympics Football Club. In this role, he helped develop the team and promote Ghanaian football.

Mr. Coker was also the immediate past Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the NDC. He served the party with distinction over many years.

The family will announce funeral arrangements in the coming days. The NDC and the nation mourn a dedicated leader and advocate for grassroots development.
