The National Investigations Bureau (NIB) has questioned Minority Chief Whip and Nsawam Adoagyiri MP, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, over remarks allegedly inciting New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters against the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Annoh-Dompreh reportedly urged NPP members to aggressively defend their own, particularly in response to the disputed Ablekuma North parliamentary election.
His comments, made at the residence of NPP parliamentary candidate Akua Afriyie, prompted an NIB investigation into potential incitement.
The MP voluntarily appeared before the NIB to clarify his statements.
Authorities are now assessing the implications of his remarks as tensions rise ahead of future political contests.
