NPP's 2024 election defeat: Prof Oquaye declines comment after presenting probe report

Professor Aaron Mike Oquaye leads a 12-member committee for the New Patriotic Party (NPP). This committee was formed to investigate the party's defeat in the 2024 general elections.

After presenting their findings, Professor Oquaye refused to speak with the media. JoyNews reporter Kenneth Gyasi was at Alisa Hotel in Accra on April 16. He tried to ask questions as Oquaye left the conference room.

Despite multiple attempts, Oquaye did not respond to any questions. Reporters wanted insights on various topics, including comments from Adwoa Safo. However, he remained silent and provided no information about the report's findings or recommendations.

The NPP has not yet shared the results of the investigation.
