Yaw Adomako Baafi, a former Communications Director of the NPP, criticized Sam George. He questioned the lack of spiritual guidance in George's political behavior.
Baafi spoke on Movement TV. He expressed disappointment that Archbishop Charles Agyin-Asare has not corrected George. He noted that George is reportedly an elder at the church.
“Agyin-Asare has worried Sam George,” Baafi said. He suggested that the pastor could help instill humility in the MP.
Baafi compared his experience as an Adventist. “My pastors and elders monitor everything I do,” he stated. He added that his wife and children also keep him in check.
He criticized politicians for lacking empathy in their public statements. “If you have never been sick, you can insult people,” he said.
He continued, “If no family member has died, you can insult others.” However, he believes personal loss should teach humility.
“If you’ve never walked past a cemetery, go ahead with your insults,” he remarked.
Baafi concluded by describing Sam George as a “bloated frog.” This comment highlights his belief that pride affects George’s public image.
