NPP sabotaged itself in the 2024 elections – Salam Mustapha

Salam Mustapha is the National Youth Organizer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP). He believes the party sabotaged itself in the 2024 election.

Mustapha thinks the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was not the issue. Instead, he says the NPP created its own problems.

He points to a lack of unity and internal conflicts as key factors in their defeat.

During his campaign, he often stated that NDC was not the problem. He warned that without unity, they would not win elections.

He emphasized that if 2.1 million non-voters had participated, results would be different. Apathy and disunity hurt their chances, he said.

Mustapha urged all party members to unite for future success. He stressed that the party belongs to everyone, not just a few individuals.

He called on members to join together and work towards winning power again.
