The Ministry of National Security has dismissed allegations by The Herald newspaper that its officers and the National Intelligence Bureau were involved in the abduction of Sylvia Baah, Emirates Airlines' Airport Services Manager at Kotoka International Airport.
In a statement on November 25, the Ministry denied any connection to the incident and announced an internal investigation to hold perpetrators accountable. It urged the public to disregard *The Herald's* claims.
Meanwhile, police investigations revealed Baah was abducted near her Accra residence on November 21 but was rescued and reunited with her family on November 23.
Authorities assured continued efforts to capture the culprits and uphold justice.
