National Service Authority deploys 13,700 trained teachers for 2025/2026 National Service

The National Service Authority (NSA) has deployed 13,700 trained teachers. These teachers come from accredited Teacher Training Colleges. They will serve in various educational institutions for the 2025/2026 national service period.

The NSA advises all personnel to check their placements online. They should print their appointment letters for endorsement by user agencies.

On March 26, the NSA announced that national service starts on April 2, 2025. To ensure a smooth process, regional validation exercises will take place. These exercises run from March 26 to April 11, 2025.

All assigned personnel must complete the validation process during this time. This step is crucial for official registration.

The NSA reminds citizens that every Ghanaian aged 18 or older must undertake national service. This applies to those who have completed an accredited tertiary institution.

To improve education nationwide, the NSA plans to collaborate with several organizations. These include the Ghana Education Service (GES) and private schools. The goal is to address learning gaps in rural communities facing teacher shortages.
