The National Service Authority (NSA) has given university graduates posted for the 2024/2025 service year until March 19, 2025, to complete their biometric validation.
According to an official statement dated February 18, the grace period aligns with President John Dramani Mahama’s directive to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in the deployment process.
The NSA warned that failure to complete biometric validation within the stipulated period would lead to automatic nullification of registration and posting, as required by the NSA Act 2024 (ACT 1119).
The enforcement follows concerns that over 6,600 posted personnel have yet to report for validation since October 2024.
Additionally, the NSA stressed that biometric validation is a requirement for payroll processing and monthly evaluations, meaning personnel who fail to comply will not receive stipends.
