The National Graduate Students Association of Ghana (GRASAG) held a ceremony on March 29, 2025. This event took place at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). It marks a new chapter for GRASAG.
Jimmy Mawuse Adangbe is the newly elected National GRASAG President. He took office with a clear vision for the future. In his inaugural speech, he thanked the outgoing executives. He also called for unity among all GRASAG members.
"We cannot do it alone," Adangbe stated. "We need your support, ideas, and commitment." He emphasized transparency, accountability, and good governance in GRASAG's operations.
Adangbe promised to foster participatory decision-making. He wants every member to feel valued and heard.
He draws inspiration from Nelson Mandela and Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's words: "We face neither East nor West; we face forward." With this renewed commitment, Adangbe aims to lead GRASAG toward a brighter future for all its members.
