No Fears, NPP Will Bounce Back –Bawumia

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is the NPP flagbearer for the 2024 elections. He spoke to large crowds during his thank you tour in the Western Region. He told supporters that the party learned from its defeat last December.

Bawumia expressed confidence that the NPP would recover. He believes leadership will rebuild trust with Ghanaians before the next elections. “We have learned our lessons as a party, and we will correct ourselves,” he said.

However, he acknowledged some unmet aspirations despite their efforts. “We are not perfect, and no government is,” he told supporters. He pointed out challenges like COVID-19 and global economic pressures affecting development speed.
