No one can stop Bawumia’s rise – Former NPP executive declares

Kwadwo Boateng Agyemang, former chairman of the New Juaben North NPP, has issued a warning. He cautioned against challenging Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s leadership in the NPP before the 2028 elections.

In an interview on Asempa FM, Agyemang dismissed claims of division within the party. He emphasized that Bawumia has strong support from both grassroots and leadership.

“Anyone trying to undermine Dr. Bawumia should stop wasting their time,” he said. “The NPP is solidly behind him. The NDC should prepare for him in 2028.”

Agyemang urged party members to set aside differences and unite behind Bawumia. He believes he is the best choice for leading the NPP in the next elections.

“Let’s focus on the bigger picture,” he stated. “Dr. Bawumia is our candidate, and he will deliver.”

He warned those considering a challenge, including Kennedy Agyapong, to be ready for defeat. “It will be a landslide,” he stressed.

Agyemang expressed confidence that Bawumia will secure the party's nomination and lead them back to power.

“Bawumia is destined to lead this party,” he said confidently. “Anyone plotting against him risks keeping us in opposition.”
