Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, a founding member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has criticized the legacy of outgoing President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, claiming he is leaving behind no significant positive impact.
In an interview with TV3, Dr. Tamakloe stated, “Ghanaians should regret terribly they voted him into power,” emphasizing his dissatisfaction with the president’s tenure since 2016.
President Akufo-Addo, set to leave office on January 7 as John Dramani Mahama assumes the presidency, recently addressed the nation, asserting that Ghana is not broke and that the economy has returned to pre-COVID levels.
However, his remarks continue to stir debate about his administration's achievements and shortcomings.
