Former Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kwesi Nyantakyi has filed a defamation lawsuit against journalist Kwaku Yeboah, media company Ringier Africa, and the Alliance for Democratic Political Unity (ADPU), seeking GH₵10 million in damages.
The legal action comes after Yeboah made allegations in a recent publication, which Nyantakyi claims are false and defamatory.
The lawsuit accuses Yeboah and the media outlets of tarnishing his reputation through "malicious" reporting.
Nyantakyi’s legal team has warned of serious consequences if the accused do not retract their statements.
