ORAL is here for us, we fully support it – Togbe Afede

Togbe Afede XIV, Agbogbomefia of the Asogli State, has commended President John Mahama for his bold efforts in combating corruption through the launch of Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL).

Speaking during the President’s “Thank You Tour” in the Volta Region on January 24, Togbe Afede described ORAL as a vital step in retrieving stolen state assets and holding individuals accountable.

With over 700 public petitions under review, the initiative has gained widespread support.

Togbe Afede also praised Mahama’s directive for appointees to declare their assets, calling it “heartwarming.”

Highlighting the President’s focus on governance and accountability, he expressed confidence in Mahama’s transformative vision, including a 24-hour economy and efforts to reset Ghana’s development trajectory. “You have our fullest support,” he assured.
