The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has released its mid-year report, detailing 16 ongoing corruption cases and 197 others under review.

Key cases include the National Cathedral project, Bank of Ghana financial sector issues, National Service payroll fraud, election-related offences, and the alleged improper acquisition of Achimota Forest land by the late Sir John.

The OSP is investigating misuse of funds in the National Cathedral project, payroll inflation at the National Service Secretariat, and corruption in the Bank of Ghana linked to the 2018 financial sector collapse.

It has concluded probes into illegal mining involving Charles Bissue and corruption in police recruitment.

The OSP called for public collaboration and announced capacity-building initiatives to enhance anti-corruption efforts nationwide.
