The Acting Director-General of the National Road Safety Authority (NRSA), Abraham Amaliba, has outlined key measures to regulate commercial motorcycle operations if Parliament approves their legalization.
Speaking on TV3, he revealed that riders will be required to wear uniforms, use reflectors, and have specific helmets for both operators and passengers.
The DVLA will issue special number plates, and speed limiters and GPS trackers will be installed on motorcycles for monitoring.
