Operators of Polo Beach Hotel flout Court’s Order

Despite a court-issued interim injunction served on December 20, 2024, Spartan Ives Limited, operators of Polo Beach Club, continue hosting events at the venue.

The injunction, which prohibits the club from using an area of land for events, car parking, and other activities, was ignored as the club went ahead with events, including a major concert featuring KiDi on December 21.

The club’s festive season activities, which include multiple events scheduled through early January 2025, have caused disturbances to guests at the Labadi Beach Hotel due to loud music and fireworks.

The Polo Beach Club management has yet to comment on the ongoing situation.
