Oti Region chief appeals to Mahama for urgent infrastructure focus

Nana Boafo Amoah III, the Sahene of Adele Traditional Area in the Oti Region, has urged President-elect John Dramani Mahama to prioritize the region's infrastructure, especially the dire state of roads like Nkwanta to Dambai and Nkwanta to Damanko.

In a heartfelt appeal, the chief stressed that Oti is lagging behind due to poor road networks and emphasized the need for immediate action once Mahama assumes office.

He also called for gender equality in ministerial appointments, urging Mahama to include more women in governance.

The chief concluded by encouraging all Ghanaians to unite across political lines to support Mahama’s administration for the country's progress.
