The government will commission over 80 educational projects across Ghana's 16 regions on Thursday, November 21, 2024.
The initiative, led by President Akufo-Addo and supported by Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Education Minister Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, aims to improve access to quality education with modern facilities.
Projects range from STEM-focused schools and TVET institutions to basic education facilities, such as the Kpasenkpe Model STEM SHS in West Mamprusi and the Anyinam TVET School.
Regions like Ashanti and Northern boast significant upgrades, including a four-story classroom block at Bosomtwe Model STEM JHS and an 18-unit block at Sagnarigu Tamale Business School.
The event will feature simultaneous ceremonies nationwide and live broadcasts to engage the public.
