Owusu-Bempah clashes with Otabil over divine revelations

Founder of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, has strongly opposed remarks by Dr. Mensa Otabil of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) on divine revelations.

Otabil recently argued that God no longer reveals mysteries to individuals, dismissing claims by pastors who predict election outcomes through revelations.

Owusu-Bempah, however, rejected this assertion, insisting that God still speaks to prophets.

Addressing his congregation, he criticized Otabil’s stance as contradictory, pointing out that ICGC has a prophetic branch.

He further argued that no one has the authority to discredit another’s ministry based on their beliefs.

The debate has since sparked discussions within religious circles, with differing views on the role of prophecy in modern Christianity.
