Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu, has revealed the sale of Ghana's Parks and Gardens premises to a private developer, classifying it as state capture.
Ablakwa's exposé follows his earlier revelations about the sale of SSNIT hotels to Agriculture Minister Bryan Acheampong.
Ablakwa claimed Parks and Gardens employees were informed by the new owner and have initiated legal action to protect their premises.
He also criticized the sale of state assets, including land near Labadi Beach Hotel to a company linked to Freddie Blay's son, and highlighted conflicts of interest and procedural violations in these transactions.
