The event focused on reviewing the 2024 elections in Ghana's northern regions. These regions are Upper East, Upper West, Savannah, North East, and Northern. The forum took place at the University for Development Studies in Tamale.
Civil society members, traditional leaders, and development partners attended the forum. It was organized by the Institute of Democratic Governance (IDEG) and Norsaac. Norsaac is a gender-based advocacy organization. The European Union funded this event.
