Rev. Dr. Mensa Otabil, Chancellor of Central University, has emphasized the need for rigorous enforcement of Ghana’s laws to drive national development.
Speaking at an Institutional Lecture at Central University’s Miotso Campus, he highlighted how strict adherence to environmental, sanitation, mining, and forestry laws could accelerate progress.
Dr. Otabil, who is also the General Overseer of the International Central Gospel Church, urged stakeholders to actively enforce regulations, stressing that intentional and disciplined actions are crucial for growth.
He called for a forward-thinking approach to leadership, advocating precision, accuracy, and accountability to address Africa’s challenges.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Bill Puplampu, reiterated the university’s commitment to fostering discussions on national issues.
