The annual Mother's Day celebration took place on May 11, 2025. This day honors motherhood and encourages responsible parenting.

At Joy FM, the celebration means more than just recognizing mothers. It focuses on creating unforgettable experiences for them.

This year, the radio station hosted mothers at Safari Valley Eco Resort. This is Ghana's first modern eco park with natural and artificial ecotourism facilities.

The goal was to celebrate in a venue rich in natural beauty and wildlife. Safari Valley offered scenic views and various animal species to enhance the festivities.

Patrons were divided into groups for eco-cart tours. They observed animals and appreciated the beautiful environment during these tours.

After sightseeing, the main program began with music from Kwanpa Band. Lunch was served next, followed by selected mothers sharing their experiences.

Awards and souvenirs were presented to honored mothers. The celebration ended with a ceremonial cake cutting shared among all attendees.
