Without these rules, they claim the suspension is unlawful.

Former Chief of Staff Kwadwo Mpiani criticized the tour earlier this week. He called for it to be suspended, saying it is ill-timed after the party’s defeat in the 2024 elections.

President John Dramani Mahama has nominated seven Justices of the Court of Appeal for Supreme Court appointments. The Judicial Council will consider these nominees before they go to Parliament for approval.
