Police arrest 10 cybercrime suspects

The Cybercrime Unit of the Ghana Police Service has made arrests.

They worked with the Ghana Revenue Authority on this operation.

Ten individuals were arrested for cybercrime activities in Weija.

The suspects include Chinese and Malaysian nationals.

They are currently in police custody and assisting with investigations.

A press release was sent to the Ghana News Agency.

During the operation, police retrieved over 800 mobile phones.

They also found some computers and several charging devices.

All exhibits have been kept for forensic analysis.

This will help with ongoing investigations into the case.
