Police seek public help to identify man killed in Mallam knockdown

The Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD) of Odorkor is seeking public help. They want to identify a man who died after being hit by a vehicle. This incident occurred in Mallam on Sunday, April 13, 2025.

The accident happened around 12:10 a.m., near the Mallam overpass. The victim was an adult male, dark-skinned, and about 5 feet 6 inches tall. He is believed to be in his early 50s.

At the time of the accident, he wore a black and white top and black trousers. Emergency services took him to the Police Hospital, but he was pronounced dead on arrival. His body is now at the hospital’s mortuary for preservation and autopsy.

The police are asking for public assistance in identifying the deceased. They urge anyone who recognizes him or has information about his relatives to come forward. Those with relevant information can contact the Unit Commander at the Odorkor Divisional MTTD.
