The Office of the President has denied involvement in a land dispute concerning Ghana International School (GIS) after allegations surfaced linking the VVIP Unit to encroachment attempts.

In a statement on September 5, 2024, the Office clarified that it has no interest in the Cantonments land and has not authorized any officer to interfere.

The President's Office has lodged a formal complaint with the Inspector General of Police for investigation and urged the public to dismiss the false claims connecting it to the dispute.
