President Mahama calls for thorough interrogation of Ahmed Suale's murder suspect

President John Dramani Mahama has called for an immediate investigation. This investigation should focus on the suspect linked to journalist Ahmed Suale's murder.

He made this appeal during a visit from the Ghana Bar Association. The association was led by President Efua Ghartey.

The comment came after Daniel Owusu Koranteng's arrest. He is a former associate of Suale and has been charged with his murder.

President Mahama stressed the need for a thorough interrogation of the suspect. He believes this could uncover important leads and lead to more arrests.

Additionally, he reaffirmed his commitment to human rights. He urged authorities to speed up the prosecution of those responsible for JB Danquah's murder, a former Member of Parliament.
