President Mahama consults with Council of State on 3 petitions for removal of Chief Justice Tokornoo

President John D. Mahama has received three petitions. These petitions request the removal of Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo.

The president has sent these petitions to the Council of State. This starts the consultation process required by Article 146 of the 1992 Constitution.
